I. PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM

This training program is suitable for the following participants:

1. Business leadership level: Chairman, CEO, Board of Directors, Board of Members, Board of Directors, Board of Directors…
2. Managers and people who have a certain level of knowledge or experience in managing and operating departments and divisions in the enterprise;
3. People who have ambitions to become leaders in the future.

II. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

Factors for students to successfully participate in this program:

1. Over 22 years old (this program is not suitable for students under 23 years old);
2. At the same time, there is at least 1 (one) of the following 3 (three) conditions:
   • Have a university/college diploma (regardless of major);
   • Have held or currently hold management positions in businesses;
   • Have at least 03 years of working experience in the field.

III. TRAINING OBJECTIVES

This program will equip and provide students with:

1. Core thinking and awareness that a professional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) needs to have in the global business environment;
2. Basic knowledge in many fields and aspects that a CEO needs to be equipped with;
3. These thoughts, perceptions and knowledge, along with your innate talent for management and your own management experience, will help you become a professional CEO.

IV. LEARNING GOALS

After successfully completing this program, Students will be able to:

• Know who, how, and what experiences to become a CEO in the future;
• Grasp the core thinking and knowledge that a CEO must have;
• Know how to equip the necessary management capabilities of a CEO;
• Knowing how to achieve your ambitions is to become a professional CEO.

V. PROGRAM DURATION

The total program duration is 36 sessions (equivalent to 108 hours), you can choose to study in the evening or on weekends. If the school day is locked within 4.5 months; If the evening course lasts for 3 months.

VI. COMPLETE THE PROGRAM

Successful completion of the program, Students will be granted a Certificate of Completion of the “Professional Executive Director” Program of the VIETNAM ECONOMIC ACADEMY – VEA.
